The EDVARD GRIEG SOCIETY OF AMERICA
promotes the study and performance of Grieg's music throughout the United States, and includes activities that focus on his lesser-known works. The society is an outgrowth of the Grieg Festival 2015 in Sarasota, Florida that brought together national and international Grieg scholars and performers with lectures, concerts, and a national competition. The EGSOA arranges concerts by professional musicians, sponsors juried competitions, symposia and workshops focusing on the life and music of Grieg. It recognizes and assists interested individuals and organizations supportive of the mission of EGSOA. Join us as a Friend or Patron of EGSOA. More information is located on the Donate page.
